XEII remains firm in our prioritization of the health and well-being of our community. We are maintaining regular business operations and our primary objective throughout this time is to ensure we maintain our quality of service at all levels.

 

Order Processing

XEII is currently fulfilling all eligible orders at this time. You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order. Currently, orders are taking 7-10 business days on average to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Depending on the item, some orders may be processed sooner or later.

 

Shipping

After placing your order, please allow up to 21 business days at this time for your items to ship. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. XEII ships apparel using the following transport companies in the U.S. and around the world: DHL® Express, For Perfect X-border, YGH Express, & Yun Express. Currently XEII offers a fast shipping rate of $5.95! U.S. Orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping. Currently, for our skincare products, XEII ships to the entire U.S. as well as Worldwide. All Unites States packages are shipped via UPS® Ground and UPS® Standard. That includes states outside the continental U.S. Packages shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped via DHL® Express Worldwide. All shipping speeds and shipping prices are calculated at checkout. All domestic and international orders charge a $2.00 handling fee.

XEII is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

 

Please note, XEII does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges due to COVID-19, we are taking all measures necessary to ensure safety for our staff and customers. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
