What currencies are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in USD; however, they can be changed to Euros (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD), and to Pounds (GBP) at the bottom left corner of the web page.
Can I only purchase products through the website?
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
The normal processing time for orders is 24 - 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Due to increased Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 4-10 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
XEII is currently unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, XEII reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damage, the customer must
contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Please ensure the order number is included for faster service.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the address provided. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us using the
Contact Us form. P
lease ensure the order number is included for faster service. If the given address is wrong, the address change can be made within the first 24 hours after the order has been confirmed. No refund will be given after 24 hours of sending the order confirmation. XEII
will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
I received incorrect items, what should I do?

I refused my order, how do I get my refund?
Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
My package shows no movement, what do I do?
For domestic orders, package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please
contact us if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information.

Our formulas are made in North America, with globally sourced ingredients.
Are your products natural?
When possible, we choose naturally derived and organic ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.
